Kristin’s love for real estate first began with the purchase of a small condo in the beautiful city of Denver- as a client of Live West Realty! Over the following years, Kristin developed a passion for real estate investing, eventually building a substantial portfolio of rental properties across the Front Range. By self managing each of these properties and navigating the constantly evolving Colorado real estate market, Kristin has developed an extensive knowledge base that prioritizes her clients’ needs in all facets of a real estate transaction.
